Invitation to Postcard Exchange

Invitation to postcards exchange session
Invites interested persons to attend the meeting of Exchange, buying and selling, of postcards held within the activities of the 1st. Mexican Congress of postcards, under the following conditions:
1. The session for postcard exchange, buying and selling, will be held the Sunday August 17, 2008, from 10:00 to 13:00 hrs. in the central meeting room located on the street level floor of the old “Palacio Federal” building in Monterrey city downtown , located between the streets: Zuazua, Washington and Zaragoza.
2. The Organizing Committee of the Congress, will provide only a space in whish the people interested in postcards can Exchange material of their interest and have the opportunity for communication that generates friendships.
3. Persons interested in bring postcards for Exchange, buying and selling, must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event to be located in the space for Exchange. Preference will be given to people with the greater quantity of cards and persons who have notified the Organizing Committee in advance.
4. Since this is the first congress of postcards in Mexico and that there is no organization of merchants of postcards in Mexico, the Organizing Committee can not endorse the ethical quality of any of the participants, so it is recommended that the material be carefully watch over and all exchange, buying and selling, be closed during the event. To minimize the risk of problems attendees must shown the Congress badge and those who come only to exchange must register to participate in the session.
5. From this event is expected to generate an initial directory of sellers of postcards from Mexico, so attendees are invited to share information on Mexican postcards traders.
6. Any aspect not considered in this invitation must be consulted to the Coordinating Committee.
